So it hurt at first: --Put off the dentist / --stops hurting all together /

After that, she slowed the pulling regimen to 2x per week, alternating with coconut oil, yet continued to eat a good diet and maintained health oral hygiene.

Better, but I sure hope this doesn't make me one of those people who has to eat and drink everything lukewarm.
Don't put off making that appointment
It doesn't really hurt anymore now that I've been doint that pulling regimen. It almost feels like, pardon the pun, it's filling on it own.
Make sure it's not filled with compounded breakfast.
Maybe the body wanted to push it out, and the right ingredients were given to the system in order to make that happen?
